Sea Devils Swimming offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. Our goal is to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of their abilities.
Swimmers will be assigned to the appropriate level by our coaching staff.

Developmental Level
The Developmental group practices 45 minutes, twice a week.
Developmental swimmers focus on learning the basic skills of the four competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly), streamling, starts, turns, and circle swimming.
Bronze Level
The Bronze group practices 60 minutes, 2-3 times per week.
Bronze swimmers focus on the basic techniques of the four competitive strokes, breathing patterns, timing, streamlining, turns, starts, and circle swimming.
Copper Level
The Copper group practices 75-90 minutes, 4-5 times per week including dryland sessions.
Copper swimmers focus on stroke technique, body and head position , and kicking. They are introduced to tempo and strokes per length. At this level, there is a strong focus on training, sets, and intervals.
Silver Level
The Silver group practice sessions are 90 minutes, 4-5 times per week plus dryland strength/conditioning training 3x/wk.
Silver swimmers focus on mastering techniques, tempo, strokes per length, as well as maximizing their starts and turns. Swimmers at this level are expected to maintain a high level of work-out ability and competition performance.
Gold Level
The Gold group practice sessions are 90-120 minutes, 4-5 times per week plus dryland strength/conditioning training 3x/wk.
Gold swimmers focus on maximum performance and elite training. Swimmers are expected to exhibit a high level of workout abiltiy and competition performance.
