Welcome to the Sea Devils Swimming Electronic Registration platform for our Fall 2010 / Winter 2011 season! We are pleased to offer electronic payment processing and online registration. The process is simple for both new and returning members. You'll get access to your own private account that will enable you easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times histories, maintain your own contact information, view your invoices/payments at any time, and much more.
IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE:

A three-part payment plan is available for you at no additional charge. In order to take advantage of this option, you are required to sign up for AUTO-PAY after you have registered. By choosing the payment plan, your fee due at registration will include approximately 1/3 of the level-fee, the $55 USA Swimming Fee and a $40 (per family) concessions fee. The 2nd part of the level-fee will be charged on November 1 and the 3rd part on December 1. With auto-pay, you will be invoiced on the 21st of each month. Then on the following 1st of each month, your credit card will be charged for the balance on your account. If there is no balance, you will be charged nothing. You may use a credit card, debit card or have your balance directly withdrawn from your banking account.

Auto-Pay is required for those choosing the payment plan! If you're currently signed up for Auto-Pay with our club, there is nothing more you'll need to do. If you wish to sign up, you'll need to return to the site AFTER you have registered and click on "Set up AutoPay" on the left-sided menu. Payment at registration and AutoPay setup are different...paying by credit/debit card at registration does NOT mean you have signed up for AutoPay!

Multi-swimmer credits of 15% per child (after the first one) will be applied toward your account. When applicable, this credit will appear on your invoice on October 21. Partial-season swimmers are not eligible to receive this discount.

Transfer Swimmers: if you've ever been registered with another swim club in the past prior to joining our team, you will be billed a $5 transfer fee for USA Swimming. When applicable, this charge will appear on your invoice on September 21.

The accounts for partial-season swimmers will be credited $20 of the full $40 concessions-fee that is collected at the time of registration.

When choosing a registration group, please READ CAREFULLY! The groups are divided by level, payment option, and limited partial season choices. We want you to choose the correct option!

**All new swimmers must have an in-pool level assessment done on September 7th prior to signing up for this season unless you have been instructed otherwise by our coaches.
